I'm finished with levels 1 thru 5, and steps 1 and 2 for level 6. In a couple of hours I will be done with that level :D:D All yellow peas are growing....it crossed my mind when I have been harvesting just what a real garden would look like if it had all sizes and colors of a crop??o_Oo_OxDxDxD

You are welcome and so is everyone. I too do the same. I keep on referring my post. I am bad at remembering numbers. :p

I still have last of level 7 & last 2 tasks of level 8. Will be doing that tomorrow. Good Night. Many star commentators are still missing from this thread.;)

    No...This event is relatively easy.
At least compared to some past events.
The only bad part is the length of the crops.
If you are retired or a stay at home parent with lots of spare time...easy breezy.
But if you're trying to work and have other obligations...well, not so much.

Not that stay at home parents aren't running around like crazy chickens with their heads cut off....lol I know I know...Stay at home parents was not the best choice as a example. But y'all know what I mean :)

Okay down to level 7 and 8. Trying to get as many yellow seeds as I can get going. Is everyone leaving dispensers out for extra seeds until end of event?

I'm on level7 and 8 now too and yes I'm just leaving my dispensers out they aren't in the way or hurting anything ;):)

I'm waiting for the peas to ripen to finish the Platinum level of 6.
I have found the hardest thing about this event is keeping track of which peas to plant next. Other than that, it's fairly easy.
I was pleased that I haven't had to alter the configuration of my farm. The two fields I have for planting are doing just fine and my animals are keeping me in fertilizer.

I'm okay with the prizes, but then I have the attitude that "hey I didn't have it before, so it's nice to get it now".

I am a bit surprised to see the need to use so much SG, SSG, & Mulch just to get the first 3 seeds moving along. Seems a bit excessive to me. Other than that, I'm enjoying the event for what it is.

I have a (computer) notepad open with event requirements (find it easier than checking the FAQs each time). When I forget where I am (like always!) I just check the notepad. I also try to add which farm has completed each section but that relies on me remembering to note it! :p

Another way to keep an eye on which pea you are supposed to be growing is to use the "favourites" bar. At first I put in what I was done with but I think it is better to put in what is still required - too easy to hit that button and plant the wrong peas! Now I am getting close to finishing all but the yellows, I have just yellows in the bar. The ones I need 950 of on the left, the Yellow Peas on the right. I am sure I will still mess up but what's new! xD

This event isn't as confusing as I thought it would be. Like many others I'm using the favourites bar to keep treck of which pea I'm working on and then deleting it when its finished.
Although a retired grandma and I sometimes have lots of time to play, at present I'm on holiday with daughter and 3 small grandchildren so time to play is limited and eratic and I've made some very silly mistakes due to tireness but I seem to be getting through this one OK.

My last round of yellow pea is growing. With that I am finished with the game in full.

I did not do an exact calculations of how much I planted, or how much I needed. I just did an rough calculation as I progressed task by task. I got only 20 to 40 extra crops for all peas except the red one which by mistake I grew 200 extras. The only thing I concentrated was to reach the yellow - big, small & normal as fast as I can. So that I could multiply them quickly. So after 3.45 hours I am back to normal farming. Have lot of normal farm works to do.

    ****************

Done & finished with the event.

    Congratulations One-Two.

You can surely guess what I really really like about this event. I'll tell you: The event junks dispensers. What a dream come true, junks dispensers and nothing in the game like it. I would like about 625 for each mainland crop and about 225 for each BAHA Wasteland crops.

And how about a dispenser buff or two? And an automatic junks dispenser harvester. Such dreams of simple things!

Good luck to all working toward the finish.

One more harvest and I'm done. Yipee

Really don't know what the pea dispensers were supposed to do. I never took the out of inventory. o_O

I have not even started growing the yellow peas but I will very soon. I have been growing a lot of other crops too and still plenty of time to finish the event.
No need for the dispensers here either.

Good luck to all and congrats to those finished.

Due to a busy RL schedule I am running a little behind, but not worried. I should be in position for the yellow peas after the next harvest. So happy the event seems to be progressing well for most and a big congrats to those who have completed everything! :)

Close to finishing the last step of Level 7 and growing the starter seeds for Level 8. I've been very careful with the math and haven't had any excess. I didn't use the dispensers in my strategy but did put them out just in case I did make a mistake.
Looking forward to finishing crops and putting out the stables and trees. Hope we all get something we like or need. :)

My last crop of Yellow Pea's is in the field and with my driving schedule of late that is an accomplishment.

Working on level 8. Like PNP used the dispensers as a safety net. Good luck to all!!

Dispensers will not be removed from the game at this time. They will go into inventory so also wanted them for that reason.

YAY! finished the event, although it got a little confusing at times with about 6 different peas growing and ready at different times, it ended up fairly easy. With the staggered crops it meant the although I wasn't going to bother with the dispensers, I had enough spare space whilst waiting for yellow pea numbers to accumulate to get all the required crops for the others.
Dispensers weren't much use in the end, but a nice idea. :)
