    As one who for the first time, did this event, it's been a learning process. I think I understand the mechanics now, but there was a bit of trial and error in the beginning. Could someone please let me know if unused donated items are lost or returned when the event concludes. In reading back, I believe they are forfeited, and won't make the same mistake next time! Thanks in advance.

    I try to remember to donate only that amount I need.
